How to successfully lead through the recession of 2023

podcastworkbook.JPG

Moving from the current year to the New Year can be exciting and emotionally draining. Exciting because we have so much to learn and accomplish. We are emotionally drained because we know what's coming up in the market regarding inflation and recession. In every company where I am coaching and training senior leaders, we focus on helping them win through the recession. And one of the things I encourage them to practice is 'reflection.' It's been my all-time favorite end-of-the-year activity. I'm inviting you to consider the holiday season as a season of reflection. It truly is an excellent use of time to bask in the good times, feel gratitude for them, and use your past to serve your future rise. Doing a self-audit on what deserved more of your time and what deserved less is helpful. Reflecting is helpful so that you don't make the same mistakes again in the coming year. Old business can be resolved and released. New understanding can emerge. And we can clear the path within ourselves for the insight and clarity that emerge through the winter season. At the end of the year, we sit within, in silence and stillness, to discover our inner essence. By preparing ourselves well, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, 2023 will be a very transformative year for you. In this e-book there are some quick questions and exercises for you. And as you work on them, you will get the confidence, energy, and clarity to lead better in the coming year. I believe the way to navigate the economic downturn successfully is to work on yourself so that you can lead better.
