Well, that's really a wonderful word, because I feel that the most important job of a leader is to help all their team members and those around them to succeed, because knowledge is not amazing.Skills are not amazing.Your talents are not amazing either.
I'll tell you what.Uplifting your people and your team, now that's what's amazing.
When you, at work, experience worry, anger, or doubt, what do you do when someone around you reacts with fear?What do you do when someone around you is looking for help to grow in?You know, in their project or they want some mentoring from you?What is it that you do at that time?
If you can inspire and help these people get what they want, you have truly uplifted them.And I strongly believe that uplifting people and taking them ahead is one of the greatest, greatest services any leader can do.
