In 2017 when Payal was recognized in the USA as the only Indian-American woman to be a powerful speaker and author in the field of leadership, she realized that majority of the people of Indian origin aren't recognized in the field of leadership.

India is a country of emerging leaders. The country is rich in education and knowledge yet, we are'nt known in the field of leadership. We have thee best functional and technical knowledge from the top universities of India, but we face multiple obstacles, and resistance when it comes to leadership advancement in and outside of India.

To help solve this huge problem, Payal founded ILead -- an initiative that gained success amongst youth in America and India simultaneously.
