Women have the excellent technical knowledge and work harder than anyone around. Yet they often fall short when it comes to their advancement into leadership roles.
In 2017 when Payal was recognized in the USA as the only Indian-American woman to be a powerful speaker and author in the field of leadership, she realized that most women don’t think, act, and communicate as leaders, and face multiple obstacles, isolation, and resistance when it comes to advancement in and outside of India.
To help solve this huge problem, Payal founded IWIL - I- Women in Lead- an initiative that gained success amongst women in Corporate America and India simultaneously.
To date, Payal has impacted the lives of more than 10,000 women globally through her corporate workshops and coaching for women teams.
