ARE YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO BE?

Dear

For almost all of us, we toggle two realities: where we are now, and where we want to be in our careers

You've worked hard, become excellent at work, and achieved fantastic professional victories. But ………

you are still far from where you want to reach.

And when I say "reach there," I don't just mean hierarchy. Your definition of "there" could be becoming a great leader, earning more, or transitioning into a new role or job. It could be anything for you.

Most people know where they want to reach in their career. But unfortunately, the majority of them will not get there.

Sadly, I see more people finish their unfulfilled corporate journey and need to reach where they want to.

And the reason for this is that your goals are uphill, but your habits are downhill.

This is what creates a gap between where you are and where you want to be.

In my professional life, I didn't come into this coaching profession with a base of accomplishments. I started precisely nowhere, stepping out of Corporate America, needing to build something from scratch. I went from zero in this space to starting a podcast with 100+ episodes, writing several award-winning books, and being awarded the top corporate executive coach award.

And what helped me reach here was bringing some massive changes in my habits and behaviours.

And now, I coach numerous leaders on specific changes they MUST bring in their habits and behaviours so they can become successful at what they do.

You are the product of your daily habits, so ask yourself this critical question - "Are they slowly building you up or dragging you down?"

I hope this helps in your journey towards success.
