HOW TO CONTROL ANGER



Well, in the scriptures, in the in the Bhagavad Gita, I read that the door to hell is is what anger is called. Usually we get angry because things don't go the way we want them to go. So in other words, when we are not able to fulfil our desires, we get angry. And that's draining the life out of you.


That's taking your joy, taking your peace and your creativity. Remember, my friend, that anger is inside us and we are responsible for it. Not a single soul on earth can make you angry if you are determined enough not to get angry. Anger is something that you are creating in response to a given situation. You cannot control anger, but you can choose to be calmer than get angry on the situation. It's a conscious choice and you train your brain to stay calm and peaceful as much as you can.


Think of it like this when an egg is broken by an outside force, life ends. But when broken by an inside force, life begins. So I encourage you. Great things always begin from the inside. Be strong from the inside. Be courageous from the inside. Be confident from the inside and be fearless from the inside. It's okay to be angry. It's a way that we all release the toxic emotions from our body. What is more important is that you should be able to control anger and not let anger control you.
